Weekly Meal Prep – 20 Healthy Meals – Macro Breakdown In Description

This week's meal prep was pretty epic! I made Alex's meals along with mine, it turned out really well! All of these meals took less than 3 hours, cleanup included. Baking instructions below: - Flat-Iron Steak: Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 - 22 minutes flip halfway through. - Salmon: Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes. - Broccoli: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Meal Breakdown below: Post-Workout Meal - 7 oz. Marinated Flat-Iron Steak - 1 - 1 1/4 cup Long Grain Rice - 1 cup Broccoli Calories: 620 Protein: 41 Carbs: 63 Fat: 24 Lunch - 6 oz. Don't know what to meal prep this week? Hopefully my weekly meal prep can help you out! There are some new recipes in this video that I think you might like! Recipes (with cooking instructions) below, some of them are slightly modified as I used more ingredients than the recipes called for. Crock-pot chicken: 4 -5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 3 pound red potatoes, halved 1 pound baby carrots 1/2 pound snap beans, trimmed Β½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce β…“ cup honey 2 tbsp garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried basil Β½ teaspoon dried oregano ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper 1. Put chicken breasts, potatoes, carrots, and beans in a slow cooker. 2. In a separate bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper. 3. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Crock-pot beef: 2 cups beef broth 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar 2 - 3 tbsp garlic, minced 3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets 1. Place beef into a slow cooker. 2. Add broccoli and mushrooms. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. 4. Cook on medium or high for 2 - 3 hours. 5. With 30 minutes left, in a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup water and cornstarch. 6. Stir in cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker. 7. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes. β›°The most difficult hike of my life + We saw a bear !🐻

Exploring Sequoia National Park with my family + what foods I ate (vegan). Aside from what foods are shown in the video, we had several varieties of granola bars, fruit and beans. My entire family ate all vegan foods on the trip :D Some notes I wanted to make about the video : -This was a 4 day trip so the video is not in order of events... just wanted to mash up some of my favorite spots and what I could of the food for anyone interested. - The last hike I showed called Marble Falls, is not something I would recommend WITH kids. We had to carry our son there and back because the path is VERY narrow and one slip could be fatal. We started that hike late in the day so I also advise you to start it early and bring LOTS of water, small snacks and BUG SPRAY !! This was seriously one of the BEST experiences of my life, but definitely one of the most dangerous. My whole family, including my parents, were able to complete this trail.. so it is definitely do-able !
