Top Juicing Benefits!

Here are the top five benefits of juicing! It's great for weight loss and the recipes are extremely health! It's more beneficial than blending and the before and after results are unbelievable. When I’m trying to get my full serving of veggies, or when I’m trying to get bigger, constantly cooking in the kitchen and eating food is annoying!! In this video I show you one of my food hauls for the week! I am not following any specific diet such as RT4, HCLF, or starch solution because I never stick to one set way of eating. I want to be transparent with my videos and I definitely do not want to pretend I am exclusively following one of these diets when I am not! 5 more reasons for intermittent fasting!!! The before & after transformation results are golden! All the myths are debunked...here's how to start. Reason #5 You’ll look younger You’ll look better since you’re aging slower!! In my first video, I talked about mice living longer when they’re intermittent fasting. I didn’t go into why they live longer; it’s because when you're dieting, oxidation occurs, and free radicals are released, which is what causes aging, along with a whole slew of other human diseases!!! Lower your free radicals over time, and you slow down your aging process!! Just like all bodybuilders, I’m still trying to look nice for the ladies out there!!! Reason #4 - Intermittent fasting promotes autophagy!! Autophagy is triggered by Intermittent Fasting!! In layman’s terms, autophagy is basically the regulation of your cells. Autophagy is a process that either promotes protein degradation protocol in cells, or promotes cell death (that’s apoptosis for you nerds like me out there!!) Without autophagy, cells can have abnormal cell growth, thus contributing to a disease. Autophagy impairment could lead to more diseases, but with Intermittent Fasting, autophagy is triggered!!! Reason #3 - No more insulin rush I stumbled upon intermittent fasting not as a way of losing bodyfat, but instead as a way of keeping my focus on my work!! Whenever you eat, your body releases insulin to counteract the sugar rush to your bloodstream, and that insulin release makes you sleepy due to an increase in insulin sensitivity!! Ever wonder why you get so sleepy and lazy after you eat a big meal? This is why I always intermittent fast whenever I’m grinding!!! You’ll first go through a transition period where you’re tired when you’re hungry, but once your body adapts, watch out!! The hungry wolf stays hungry so he stays on the hunt!! If you’re working to get a project done, or training, refrain from eating!! This also helps your fitness and health at the gym as well as lowering your risk of developing obesity diabetes. Reason #2 - Intermittent fasting alone may improve your cardiovascular and brain functions!! In addition to fat loss, cardiovascular stress adaptation is improved and heart rate variability is increased in rodents and monkeys maintained on an intermittent fasting diet. This study found the beneficial effects of IF result from at least two mechanisms — reduced oxidative damage and increased cellular stress resistance. The beneficial cellular and molecular effects of IF on the cardiovascular system and the brain is similar to those of regular physical exercise. This leads to maximum fat loss and fat burning in your body while training! Reason #1 - Intermittent fasting teaches you discipline As many people know, exercising and eating right are the toughest things to control for anyone trying to lose weight; this is why the average person is overweight!! According to the Hodgetwins ticking to a disciplined exercise or diet plan or completely changing your lifestyle requires absolute discipline!! But as I’ve said before, this is discipline that you can transfer to other areas of your life!! No pain is no gain, and pain is muscle GROWTH. Strength Training Essentials

The best strength training workouts for women and men. These strength building exercises for beginners can be done at home or at the gym. So you want to be STRONG LIKE BULL?! What are you supposed to do? What’re you supposed to eat? Here are 5 essential fitness tips you need to do to be the man like Arnold Schwarzenegger! #5 – Do complex movements such as Deadlifts, squats, and farmers walks!! These sorts of lifts build your entire body, and involve many different muscle groups. Your grip, core, and posture are all improved doing these complex movements!! Doing these complex movements also increases your body’s response to produce testosterone!! These types of lifts strengthen all the little muscles that machines can’t get to!! #4 – Go as heavy as possible on your lifts!! You need to go heavy to stimulate growth and strength!! Your body needs to be stimulated in order to respond, and light weights just aren’t going to do it!! You should be aiming for 4-8 reps per set as heavy as possible when weightlifting strength!! Each time you’re in the gym, you should be striving to either put on a little more weight, or one more rep on your chest, back, and squat workouts!!! #3 – Your nutrition is key!! You need to eat foods such as Steak, eggs, and liver!!! You want to eat high quality food, preferably organic foods. You want to eat as much protein and saturated fats as possible; foods that are precursors for testosterone!! You also want to eat foods that have high nutrition, such as liver, dark, green veggies, and eggs!! All these types of foods are essential to helping you building brute strength!! Don’t forget the carbs as well guys; if you’re trying to get stronger, bigger, or repair any injuries, you HAVE to incorporate carbs into your diet!! #2 – Get your sleep!! Getting your beauty sleep is essential for recovery!! You spend time to tear your body down; you need to give it time to build itself back up! Sleep is when your body releases the most growth hormones!! A good goal to aim for is 6-8 hours; it depends on what you need!! The QUALITY of sleep is important as well; you want to sleep in a cool dark room with a regular cycle so you won’t mess up your circadian rhythym!! Not gonna lie, I guess Ahhhnold was superhuman when he slept for only 4-6 hours a day!! JUST SLEEP FASTER HE SAYS!!! But let’s not forget, why he could have skipped all that sleep….. It’s because of the #1 reason, #1 – I’m not going to lie, but the #1 way to get big and strong is to get on gear!!! This is the #1 essential, if you’re willing to go to the quote unquote, darkside!! If you’re willing to do whatever it takes, taking GEAR is the #1 way to maximize the most out of your body!! Steroids are not as deadly as the mainstream media makes them out to be; I encourage you to do your own research if you decide to go down this road!! Best Ways to Burn Bodyfat

5 best ways to burn fat fast. These workouts are the five best ways to lose weight and lose belly fat quickly. Boost metabolism and build muscle at the same time while losing body fat! #5 – Intermittent Fasting! Intermittent fasting allows your body enter what’s called the UNFED STATE!! In a fed state, the human body uses insulin to bring glucose into cells to manufacture energy. In the unfed state, or fasting, when food is absent the body's level of blood glucose significantly decreases. This lowers insulin release, resulting in increased fatty acid oxidation. Since IF may decrease both glucose and insulin levels, the body can potentially use stored fat as fuel. #4 – Go on the Steak and Eggs Diet!! When you go on an all protein diet, your body goes into ketosis and is forced to use bodyfat as fuel!! You will drop the fat without fail! You just need to make sure you eat plenty of fat with your protein, or else you’ll poison your body!! Don’t believe DAT HYPE, it’s PROCESSED CARBS that’s the enemy, not saturated animal fats that bump up your testosterone!!! This will lead to faster weight loss and a lower body fat percentage. #3 – Cardio with a yohimbe/caffeine/L-tyrosine stack!! This is one of my favorites…..do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, or at the very least a few hours away from the last meal. Add in 5-10mg of yohimbine, 200mg of caffeine, and 2-5g of L-tyrosine about 30 minutes beforehand will release fat from those stubborn areas with many alpha receptors!! You can literally feel those areas becoming warm!! #2 – Lift weights!! While cardio workouts burn calories and fat when you're performing it, high rep strength training or weightlifting has what is known as high EPOC or "Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption." This is a fancy term for saying how long your metabolism is elevated after exercise. Once you stop cardio, the calorie burning stops as well!! Studies show that a well-designed strength program can elevate your EPOC or metabolism for up to 38 hours after the exercise. In other words, you continue to burn calories long after strength training!!!! #1 – LIFT, DO CARDIO, EAT CLEAN, AND REPEAT!! DUHHHHHH!!! But seriously though, THE best way would be to take large amounts of HGH aka human growth hormone, THAT IS if you’re willing to go to the quote unquote DARK side, But that’s a topic for another day!! I’m about to give you the 5 best and simplest exercises to build an impressive physique! #5 - Wide Grip Bench Presses to the Neck Having a big chest is essential to literally 0 sports, but it IS essential to having an impressive physique. THIS exercise is THE best chest builder. Basically, what you want to do is bench press the bar to your NECK. Your arms form a 90 degree angle at the elbow at the bottom of the movement. Don’t lock out at the top of the lift to keep the pressure on your chest!! #4 – Pullups!! When you do a perfect pullup, you are doing the most complete back building exercise, especially for your lats!! You can hit your entire back in different variations of pull ups!!
