📝 Creamy Potato Corn Chowder | VEGAN | Low fat, High Carb & Gluten Free 💛🌿

Simple Potato Corn Chowder that is Vegan friendly, low fat , high carb & loaded with nutrients! This recipe is simple and budget friendly. Recipe adapted from Minimalist Baker!) I split the recipe into 4 servings so make sure to eat as many servings as you care for :) The more you eat, the more nutrition you pack in ! Ingredients I Used: 3-4 Red Potatoes, quartered 1 Large White Onion, diced 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 small Packet of Organic Frozen Corn 2 cups (and most as needed) Organic vegetable broth - Low sodium 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk 1-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (or as much as you want!) Salt and Pepper to Taste I also added 2 cups chopped Kale at the end but you can add what ever greens you wish. Spinach should work also! I like topping this with some green onions and sriracha :) I also added a "10 spice Mix" for an extra kick. 📝 Vegan Lasagna | Gluten Free, High Protein, & Delicious 💛🌿

How to make Vegan Lasagna! Ingredients Used: For the Ricotta Cheese: 1 packet Organic Extra Firm Tofu (drain+pressed) 3.5 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast A packet of frozen Basil (cubes) 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (I started with one and then added a bit more) 1 Tbsp Oregano Salt and Pepper to taste 1/4 cup **Vegan Parmesan **I got this simple recipe from here: http://minimalistbaker.com/how-to-make-vegan-parmesan-cheese/ I also added 2 splashes of Soy Milk so it would blend smoothly For the Sauce: 1.5 cups Organic crushed tomatoes with Basil Half jar of leftover Newman's Own Roasted Garlic Sauce Note: You can make your own sauce or buy a pre made sauce to cut down time. I simply mixed what I had, added some water, sugar, and Italian herbs! The rest of the Lasagna: 1 packet Organic Gluten Free Oven Ready Lasagna 1 Bag Organic Frozen Spinach (or use about 6 cups fresh chopped spinach) Optional : Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (if you want to cut down the fat, take this out !) I baked mine for 30 min total at 350 degrees. PLEASE NOTE: You can also add some Vegan Meat Crumbles or add in more veggies ! I just kept it simple. In this video, I wanted to take a look at the differences in nutrients acquired from a breakfast sample recommended by the Weston A. Price foundation vs. one of my typical breakfast as a VEGAN. This video is not about the science behind certain nutrients and I had to cut parts out where I state my views because I want you guys to judge for yourselves. 🌿💪🏼 5 Exercises for a Big Booty | VEGAN Body Building & Fitness 💪🏼🌿

5 of my favorite leg, glute, & hamstring exercises. These are not full sets, just a preview. I personally do 8-15 reps depending on the exercise and 3 sets. You want to make sure to do what is challenging for you and if you feel like you can do more reps, then maybe you can add more weight ! I used to lift heavy and it was messing up my back, knees, and I stopped going to the gym because I started to have a lot of pain. We actually woke up pretty late so we technically missed a mea, but made up for it by eating a little bit more :) I attempted to make Vegan French Toast and it came out pretty good! 📝 Simple Texas Chili (Low Fat, High Protein, & Vegan) 💛🌿

Quick & Easy Chili Recipe that is nutrition packed, high protein, & low fat! I am not the best at measuring when cooking, so I tried my best to estimate what I used... Please feel free to make any adjustments :) Ingredients Used: 1 can of each (15 oz) - Black, Kidney, & Pinto beans 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes w/ green chilies 1 can diced Tomatoes (I blended mine a bit because I don't like chunky tomatoes! ) 1 cup onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced For seasonings you can be lazy and use a prepared packet like "Mrs Dash Chili" or they also sell them in other brands at Sprouts. I believe it's called Simply Organic. If you want to season it yourself, you can use: 2-3 Tbsp Chili Powder 2 tsp. Cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper s+p to taste about 2 cups water + more if needed. 🌿💛 Vegan Options When Traveling: Full Day of Eating & Tips for toddler + adults!💛🌿

In this video I show different vegan options when you are traveling. (varies depending on location, but you can always search vegan food near you using google or happy cow.net) Eating vegan is not as difficult and expensive as people think. If you buy a lot of products, it can be pricy, but if you stick to whole foods for the most part you will actually save money. This is coming from a bargain shopper :) I tried to show a variety and keep it simple and convenient because If you are like me, then you don't want to be stressing over what to eat. I kept my meals semi low fat and bought some new products since I visited my old friend, Whole Foods Market. lol I stay within the macros :50-60% carbs, 20% protein, and 20% or less fats.
