CODE: FLB269 Day 6 - Breakfast: Pancakes + Fruit - For Pancake Batter: - 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats (Blend until it becomes a FLOUR) - http://bit.ly/2bLs195 - 1 cup (+ a splash to thin out batter if it gets too thick) Non Dairy Milk (I used Almond Milk) - 1 Ripe Banana - Cinnamon (to taste) - a couple drops of Sweet Drops (vanilla Creme) or other sweetener/flavor of choice - http://bit.ly/2bQhifL - Toppings: Almond Butter, Strawberry Jelly, Fresh Sliced Strawberries, Hemp Seeds (http://bit.ly/2bwz6dl) and Agave Syrup http://bit.ly/2btupqc (optional) - Lunch: Loaded Sweet Potato - 1-2 Baked Sweet Potatoes (however many you want to eat) - 1/2 can Black Beans (Drain + Rinse….I didn’t do this! whoops ! ) - Cilantro for topping For Green Sauce: - 1 Avocado - 1/2 c Cilantro - 1 Garlic Clove - 2-4 Tbsp Tofutti Sour Cream (You can probably omit this if you want and add more Avocado - alternatively you can use a yogurt, but it does not taste the same ! ) - Lime Juice, salt and pepper (to taste) - Water to thin out (I added a little over 1/4 cup) - Dinner: Simple Chili - 1 can of each : Black, Kidney, and Pinto Beans (Drained/Rinsed) - 1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes w/ Chipotle Peppers (Use regular fire roasted tomatoes if you DO NOT want it SPICY!) - 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced - 1/2 White onion, diced - 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic - Pre-made Seasoning for Chili OR you can season yourself: - 2-3 Tbsp Chili Powder - 2 tsp. Cumin - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 1/4- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper - s+p to taste - about 2 cups water + more if needed Day 7 - Breakfast: French Toast + Fruit - 2 Tbsp. Flax Seed and Chia Seed Grounded (http://bit.ly/2bQgSGq) - 1-2 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar Syrup - 1 cup Flax Milk (you can sub any non dairy milk) - 1-2 tsp. Cinnamon - Sweet Drops - Vanilla Creme, to taste - Refrigerate 15-20 min to thicken - Whole Wheat Bread (I used 4 slices) - Choose a thicker bread that is more stale (mine was soft so it didn’t turn out super toasted) - Toppings : Strawberries, Maple Cinnamon Syrup, Powdered Sugar (optional) - Lunch: Garlic Diced Potatoes - Red Potatoes - Mini Sweet Peppers - 1/2 Onion, diced - Seasonings : Salt, Smoked Paprika, Garlic and Onion Mix - Dinner: Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli + Mushrooms - 2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk - 2 cups water + more for sautéing veggies - 1-2 cups chopped mushrooms + Broccolini (you can steam them separately if you want) - Vegetable Bouillon (used not chick’n, find here: http://bit.ly/2c2nJLK ) - 1/2 onion, chopped - 5-6 Garlic Cloves, minced - 2 tsp. Garlic Powder - 1-2 tsp. Oregano - 1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 tsp. Red Crushed peppers (optional) - 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast - GET IT HERE: http://bit.ly/29GxDUB - used 1/2 packet Spaghetti noodles (use gluten free if you’d like) bring to boil, simmer for 15 min or so until pasta is done. Storytime: I Traumatized My Son For Views … (The Truth)

This is my response to the comments and claims made about my previous video showing a skit of me being "taken away" from my son. VIDEO: https://youtu.be/BrLOdVXw7K4 People were very upset and unsubscribed as a result, which is totally fine. I am not here to beg people to stay :) This channel is for those who are interested and are mature enough to take what is useful for them and not run away crying when they hear or see something they don't agree with. I was honestly surprised that the intro to my video would be so offensive or lead people to believe I was "mean" "disgusting" or "a terrible mother." I thought I would share what inspired me to do that and share a little piece of myself with you so you get a feel for how I think/act. I want to be liked for who I am here and if people want to unsubscribe the moment I do or say something they disagree with... I honestly don't care. These individuals clearly NEVER took the time to get to know me or my purpose for my videos. I should not be guilt-tripped or shamed for being myself on my own channel or even being told how to live.
