CODE: FLB269 DAY 4 - Breakfast: Crepes + Fruit - 1 cup Wheat Flour - 1 cup Almond Milk + 1/4-1/2 cup so batter is thin - 1-2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar - 1/2 tsp baking powder - Cinnamon FILLING: - Mixe Berries - Coconut Yogurt (Plain) - use whatever flavor you want - Vanilla Creme Sweet Drops (you can also use a vegan pudding) - Lunch: Burrito Bowl - 1 cup long grain brown rice - (with 2 cups water; used Rice Cooker) - 1 can (15oz) Black Beans (drained + rinsed) - 1 can (15oz) Corn (drain + rinsed) - OR Frozen Corn (about 2 cups) - Avocado, cilantro, red onion, lime, green onions, poblano pepper, red and green bell pepper Corn Salsa: - 1 can Corn - 1/4 cup red onion, diced - 1/4-1/2 cup cilantro, chopped - 2-3 Tbsp Poblano pepper, minced - Lime juice (to taste) - Himalayan Slat (to taste) Fajitas: - 1 red Bell Pepper, sliced - 1 green Bell Pepper, sliced - 1/2- 1 Red Onion, sliced - Fajita Seasoning packet (used half in video) - water to sauté Guacamole: - 1 Avocado, mashed - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped - 1/2 lime (juice) - red crushed peppers (optional) ASSEMBLE (add favorite salsa ! ) - Dinner: STIR FRY NOODLES - Stir Fry Veggies : Broccoli, Snap Peas, Carrots, Kale, etc - Favorite Stir Fry Sauce - I am using a Red Ginger Sauce (choose low sodium, low fat) - Thai Kitchen - thin rice noodles - boil water, turn off, let noodles sit 3 min, drain and rinse with cold water (follow package instructions) - Organic Edamame (I used frozen) - NOTE: Rice is pictured because I eat this with some rice, but it is optional. I just cook 1 cup rice, as shown in burrito bowl recipe Day 5 - Breakfast :Pitaya Smoothie Bowl - 3 Frozen Bananas - 1-2 cups Frozen Mango - PItaya Dragonfruit Packet - Non dairy milk to make blending easier - Toppings: Agave (optional to sweeten), Blackberries, Granola or Cereal and Coconut flakes - Lunch: Ramen Noodle Soup - 3 cups water, boil - 1 - 2 pk. Ramen noodle (I seasoned it myself, but you can use the packet if you want) - 2-3 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce (reduced sodium), to taste - 1-2 Tbsp Onion powder - 1-2 Tbsp Garlic powder - 1-2 tsp Celery Salt - Toppings: Green Onion, cilantro, siracha and lime (not shown in video but taste great!) - Dinner: Pizza - Garlic Naan Bread (this is the only vegan one) you can sub for other vegan dough/crust - Classico Pizza Sauce or Marinara - you can make your own also - Veggies of choice : I used Mushroom, Bell Pepper, and Red Onion (get creative and add all you want ! ⚠️Dropping the Vegan Label? My message to Non vegans⚠️

Well because I feel like Every time I post a video like this, expressing myself or stating an opinion... people unsub and get offended. I was receiving so many crazy comments back to back, mostly people telling me that I should NOT say certain things or just attacking my lifestyle because they get triggered (off of things like "meat is unnecessary and wrong"). The title to this video was inspired by a commenter who told me I need to drop the vegan label because I am associating myself with hate, intolerance, bigotry,etc etc. Of course I am not dropping veganism, because other people don't get to DEFINE ME and my character based off A LABEL. Judge me by my actions, not by the negative stigma that veganism has. Get to know me, before you feel so comfortable to define me. I respect non vegans here on my channel and I never try to preach or tell people what they need to do with their lives. I try my best to treat others the way I would want to be treated, so I try not to patrol others and ONLY point out negative things. I believe in constructive criticism, & I don't mind it. I always tell my viewers I AM OPEN to feedback. What I am referring to in this video is the blatantly mean and aggressive non vegans who CLICK on my videos just to ARGUE and debate about things I NEVER MENTION IN MY VIDEOS. Especially when they CALL me names, attack, or nit pick because they feel triggered by my opinions. If you feel like you need to unsub because you can't hear my opposing opinions or don't agree with my lifestyle. .. do what is best for you. I should not be shamed or CHANGE or CENSOR myself. I am so tired of feeling limited in what I can show or do. This is me saying enough is enough and I will do and share what makes me happy. Call me what you will, label away... I've realized no matter what, someone will complain haha Everyone is a hypocrite to a certain degree. Veganism is doing the best you can to avoid animal cruelty, exploitation and death. It doesn't mean I do not cause it AT ALL or that I make no mistakes. Stop being so critical of vegans when we ALL fall short and have flaws. Putting vegans down does not make you any better of a person or discredits the lifestyle or the purpose behind it. I hope you can get to know me a little bit better through these videos. It is okay to disagree with me without attacking my character or lifestyle. You only make yourself weak by putting others down.
